• If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. No Account or Sign-In

• NOBUZZ does not require account creation or sign-in.
• You can use the app without registering. During onboarding, you may provide a name, which is used only to personalize your experience.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NOBUZZ in any way that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory.
• Promotes illegal activity or self-harm.
• Interferes with or disrupts the app’s operation or security.

We may restrict or terminate access for violations.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Prices are shown in USD and may vary by region and currency.
• Available options:
• Weekly + 3‑day free trial — $4.99/week (auto‑renewing)
• Yearly — $34.99/year (auto‑renewing)
• Lifetime — $49.99 (one‑time purchase)
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.
• Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple per App Store policy.

5. Health and Safety Notice (Not Medical Advice)

• NOBUZZ is a wellness and habit-support tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a medical device.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns related to nicotine dependence, withdrawal, or mental health.
• If you experience a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

NOBUZZ, including app content, features, and design, is owned by Constantin Gînga or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

NOBUZZ is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation, or that the app will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOBUZZ and Constantin Gînga are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for security/operational reasons. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted in the app or on our website, indicated by the “Last Updated” date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
