• Your provided name may be stored securely to enable personalization across sessions.
• We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

4. Your Choices and Rights

• Access/Deletion: You can reset your data in-app (if available) or request deletion of your stored name by contacting us at contact@nobuzz.app.
• No Tracking for Advertising:We do not use your personal data for cross‑app tracking or targeted advertising.

5. Children’s Privacy

NOBUZZ is intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us to delete it.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

• Payments are processed by Apple via in‑app purchase. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
• Prices may vary by region. Subscriptions auto‑renew unless canceled via your Apple account at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

7. Data Retention

We retain your provided name only as long as necessary to provide the app experience or until you request deletion.

8. International Transfers

If data is processed or stored outside your country, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protections consistent with applicable laws.
